About Me
Born and raised in Washington State, I joined the Pima County community in 1997 when I started undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona. After earning my bachelor’s degree, I worked as a waitress, preschool teacher, and legal assistant before earning my law degree from the University of Arizona in 2007 and joined the Pima County legal community.
Following law school, I clerked for the Honorable Deborah Bernini before starting my litigation career. I defended insureds in-house for two major insurance companies for 12 years before transitioning to private civil defense, where I defended a broader range of civil cases.
In 2021, I established Ceder Legal. I left defense work shortly after and represented claimants/plaintiffs until early 2025 when I began offering full-time services through Ceder Legal.

I have litigated countless matters through discovery, dispositive motions, and trial, securing favorable verdicts in over 15 cases in Pima County alone. My experience extends across Arizona, including Maricopa, Pinal, Yuma, and Cochise Counties. In addition to my courtroom expertise, I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in dozens of arbitrations and mediations. Most importantly, I have talked to dozens of jurors post-verdict to understand the factors that drive jurors to their decisions. This experience makes me uniquely qualified to advise litigants on probable results at trial.
